An Iranian-American, born and raised in the heart of Bourbon country, David was drawn to creative storytelling from an early age. But it wasn’t until 2013 that he started regularly putting pen to paper. With this site, like previous iterations—Bourbon and Chai and DC Soccer Digest—David wants to explore a wide range of topics and genres. He also plans on sharing his photography and any future podcast like a possible second season of White Adjacent. He and his wife live in Beijing with their two young children.
